Get to know us, when you're ready.
As it becomes safer to hold larger in-person gatherings, we have developed on-campus programming for visitors who would like to physically come to campus. If planning a visit, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Expectations for Visitors to Campus page.
Note: If you are looking to learn more about campus online—or want to supplement your in-person experience—we also have a number of digital resources on our Experience Northwestern page.
Register for a campus tour
This 75-minute, fully outdoor tour will give you a broad understanding of what Northwestern has to offer both inside and outside of the classroom. While we are not yet offering a traditional information session option, our tours have been modified to include information normally covered during an indoor session.
Note: Registration is currently required for guided campus tours. To register for a campus tour, click on the button below.
Download Self-Guided Tour
We have developed a Self-Guided Tour option in response to the current limited availability of guided campus tours. The self-guided tour includes a robust guide to campus buildings and academic information, an extended tour route just like our guides would provide, and stories from over 20 Northwestern students!
Visitors can head over to the Segal Visitors Center during normal business hours to register for a self-guided visit and download a copy of the tour. In addition, admissions officers and current students are available to assist you at the front desk and answer any questions.
- Northwestern's COVID-19 and Campus Updates website will continue to be updated with the latest messages, advisories and information about COVID-19 for our students, faculty, staff, parents and others interested in the University’s response.
